  • Provide the principles of NEDA operation including bidding rules, information publication, scheduling and dispatch, settlement and dispute resolution
  • This guidelines specify the obligations and rights of the Participants, the Single Buyer, the Grid System Operator, the Grid Owner as well as the Distributors
  • Supplementary to the Guidelines for Single Buyer Market and should be read in conjunction with the Guidelines for Single Buyer Market
